TL;DR- super responsive and thorough. Great to work with.- competitive pricing—As a first time home owner, I was in a bit of a panic when I saw that there was a leak. I called the first emergency plumber I could find (via a magnet on the fridge), but they couldn’t come out until the next day.I then called OnCall Emergency Plumbing, who did just that — they came out to the emergency on a Friday afternoon 😅.Aiden was awesome to work with. He is thorough, patient and transparent in his communication. Adrian was amazing, coming out on a sunday to check our leaking roof while it was raining. Our property is a 3 storey townhouse, and he came within 1 hour of our call, analysed and fixed the problem. He took photos and videos of the reasons for the leaks and explained these quite clearly to us. We are impressed and extremely grateful for his help. Didn't think I would be able to find a plumber so close to Xmas holidays but did a google search for a local plumber and called Oncall Emergency Plumbers based on the positive google reviews. Called these guys at 1am to check out a downlight that was leaking water, and they managed to have a bloke at the door in 20 minutesPretty impressed with how knowledgeable the plumber was, he knew what the problem was right away and had clearly seen it all. we had a leak in our shower mixer which constantly dripped. he was able to come out and replace the cartridge on the inside, unfortunately we had to cut the old handle due to it being seized on. he was able to source a handle for a cheap price instead of the generic from a supplier and install it aswell.My wife and i were given many options and possibilities for the repair legend Aiden
