No one wants to call an emergency Plumber. TL;DR- super responsive and thorough. Great to work with.- competitive pricing—As a first time home owner, I was in a bit of a panic when I saw that there was a leak. I called the first emergency plumber I could find (via a magnet on the fridge), but they couldn’t come out until the next day.I then called OnCall Emergency Plumbing, who did just that — they came out to the emergency on a Friday afternoon 😅.Aiden was awesome to work with. He is thorough, patient and transparent in his communication. Adrian was amazing, coming out on a sunday to check our leaking roof while it was raining. Our property is a 3 storey townhouse, and he came within 1 hour of our call, analysed and fixed the problem. He took photos and videos of the reasons for the leaks and explained these quite clearly to us. We are impressed and extremely grateful for his help. Called them at 11 pm in the night. They were the only one “24/7” plumbers who actually responded immediately. Booked an appointment at 8 am next day and they were here 10 mins early. Didn't think I would be able to find a plumber so close to Xmas holidays but did a google search for a local plumber and called Oncall Emergency Plumbers based on the positive google reviews. Ayden answered the call straight away and arrived promptly. It was a big job and he fixed the problem whilst explaining to my parents in detail. Also took the initiative to call me to explain the job including sending me videos. He was clear and honest. This is the kind of plumber that everyone needs!! Called these guys at 1am to check out a downlight that was leaking water, and they managed to have a bloke at the door in 20 minutesPretty impressed with how knowledgeable the plumber was, he knew what the problem was right away and had clearly seen it all. Super friendly guy too, never met someone so upbeat while working graveyard shiftDefinitely a cut above, the other two emergency plumbers we tried didn't even pick up the phone, we'll be trying these guys first next time

we had a leak in our shower mixer which constantly dripped. he was able to come out and replace the cartridge on the inside, unfortunately we had to cut the old handle due to it being seized on. he was able to source a handle for a cheap price instead of the generic from a supplier and install it aswell.My wife and i were given many options and possibilities for the repair legend Aiden

Great professional service that I would highly recommend I called 3 plumbers at 12am nobody answered, had called OnCall emergency plumbers they were able to have somebody out within the hour as they promised. We’re able to unblock our sewer as it gradually got worse. Started with a gargle then started overflowing in the middle of the night. Fantastic and fair pricing!
